Customer-facing agents
We built and ran the voice and chat agents in production across inbound and outbound customer service, sales, retention and support. A retention voice agent handled more than ten thousand calls a day. A merchant support chat agent resolved about 85% of conversations.
Business systems
Agents connected to payments, merchant, lending and case-management systems, so they could look up records, take permitted actions and hand work to people.
Model gateway and cost
An in-house model gateway replaced a contracted one. Ten use cases from eight teams moved onto it in the first month, with cost-based model routing and one view of spend.
Engineering platforms
An agentic engineering platform rolled out across the engineering organisation, and a register of about sixty engineering agents so the company could see and govern them.

US business payouts
Accounts payable for US businesses: ACH and card payments through partner banks, business onboarding checks, fraud rules with manual review, 3-D Secure and same-day settlement operations.
Payments platform
A PCI DSS Level 1 platform with acquiring, a wallet ledger, processor and settlement services and a card vault, reused for products in Canada, Japan and the United States.
Risk and data
Real-time fraud rules and event streaming behind those products, with review queues the operations team worked every day.
